The Concierge Residential Maintenance plan is structured to assist in simple repairs to homes.
Our service includes 3 free service calls per calendar year inside the scope of services provided. The following services are included:

● Minor sheet rock repair (a hole in the wall)
● Replacement of 1 light fixture (fixture provided by the homeowner)
● Lubricate moving garage door parts
● Replacement of door locks (labor only)
● Replacement of filters twice a year
● Drain water heater sediment
● Inspect attic for leaks and pests
● Leaking faucets and toilet repair ( $35.00 in parts included)
● Small electrical repair ( $35.00 in parts included)
